2008 Gran Moraine Vineyard Willamette Valley Oregon Pinot Noir
Gran Moraine® is located in the Yamhill-Carlton district, a highly-regarded AVA in the Willamette Valley and home to many of Oregon’s finest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards. The vineyard estate benefits from several of the distinguishing features of the Yamhill-Carlton District: the cooling effect of ocean breezes through the Van Duzer Corridor, a relatively dry climate due to its location in the rain shadow of the Coastal Range, and the shallow and particularly well-drained Willakenzie series of ocean sediment soils.
